Slumdog Millionaire - You have got to see this one!
Here comes Bollywood! One of the best films I have seen in a long time... after living in Mumbai for five years and working with church planters who lived and worked in these areas I got to know slum life of Mumbai (albeit from an outsiders perspective).This film accurately depicts what life can look like in one of these slums. The scenarios painted in this film are very close to the lives of many. Go and treat yourself, and in the process get burdened for the urban slums of India!
